Project Manager - IT with Security Clearance

POSITION: Project Manager - IT SCOPE: Serves as the onsite Project Manager providing leadership and managerial oversight of a major IT support contract for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) at the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC). This is an onsite position with potential for hybrid telework. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical supervision to achieve project goals Report on project status and identifying potential synergies or conflicts with other projects Makes decisions and takes timely independent actions in pursuit of project priorities Manage the end-to-end life cycle of the project Schedule and host regular project status review meetings and customer meetings Provide Project Status Reports and Financial updates on Projects/Programs being managed Oversee the implementation of project tasks and milestones Understand project priorities of the Program Manager and provide related recommendations for cost effective solutions/delivery Interfacing with Government Stakeholders to elicit requirements and capture project activities Coordinate and schedule the successful on-ramp/off-ramp of external project activities on behalf of the Program Manager QUALIFICATIONS: 13 years combined. relevant experience in IT disciplines (e.g. Systems/Network Engineering and Cybersecurity or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of FISMA and the NIST Risk Management Framework Experience in delivering and managing technical services to support Systems Engineering and Cybersecurity projects under the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) 5 years of experience leading 20 or more employees Security (or equivalent DOD 8570.1 IAT II certification) and (1) Computing Environment certification in relevant field DoD 8570 IAM III certification (e.g. CISM or CISSP certification) (1) certification in the project management field (e.g., CompTIA Project or PMI certification, etc.) SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret, with ability to obtain Top Secret if required.
