Position Summary
We're looking for a proactive
Marketing Assistant
to join our team. This hands-on role blends traditional marketing support with front-line direct sales, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
Support local and community-based marketing initiatives, including face-to-face promotions, pop-up events, and sales outreach Collaborate with the sales team to identify and engage potential leads, boosting brand visibility and customer acquisition Assist with branding, messaging, and campaign collateralboth physical and digital Track event and campaign performance metrics; help prepare reports on sales conversations, leads, and conversions Maintain organized event and promotional materials (flyers, signage, samples, etc.) Aid with scheduling and coordinating promotional efforts and logistics Provide general administrative and marketing supportemail campaigns, CRM entry, follow-up communications What We're Looking For
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred) Enthusiasm for both marketing strategy and direct customer engagement Strong communication and interpersonal skillscomfortable speaking with individuals in person Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Basic familiarity with marketing tools and reporting Previous direct sales, event promotion, or customer-facing experience is a plus
