Our client is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leaders. This individual will serve as a critical partner to the executive team by managing schedules, facilitating efficient communication, and anticipating the needs of leadership. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional capable of managing multiple priorities, displaying discretion, and ensuring that executives maximize their focus on high-impact activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and optimizing time management. Coordinate and prepare materials for presentations, reports, and meetings. Act as the primary communication link between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Plan and book all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and process expense reports with attention to cost efficiency. Identify and mitigate administrative inefficiencies to support workflow automation and team priorities. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Assist in the planning and execution of events, projects, and cross-functional initiatives. Research, compile, and analyze data to support executive decision-making. Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the ability to draft professional correspondence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with technology tools like CRM platforms or project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello). Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with precision and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Experience in working across teams and improving administrative processes. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Experience in implementing workflow automation or team collaboration tools.
