Search Manager, Cordia Resources - Connecting top Acct/Fin professionals with leading companies in the DC area
$800M National Enterprise Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager (depending on experience) $100k-$130k + 50-100% Bonus potential (yes - you read that correctly) Candidate will be responsible for: Month/Quarter/Year-end close activities Reconciliations (bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, etc.) Identifying gaps in GL functions and making recommendations Assisting with sales and use tax activities Working with fixed assets and depreciation schedules Potentially working with partnership tax experience Candidate should have the following background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar business-related degree area from a respected college or university 5+ years of experience as a Staff or Senior GL Accountant, ideally with a $250 million+ revenue company Strong GL experience in various areas Experience with processing sales and use tax Partnership tax experience preferred, but not required Fixed assets experience preferred, but not required Strong analytical mindset and ‘can do’ attitude Ability to take direction from leadership and apply strategy to completing tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Seniority level
