Executive Assistant - Nonprofit Healthcare Organization Location: Hollywood, CA (Onsite) Compensation: $80,000-$90,000/year A leading nonprofit healthcare organization in Hollywood is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO, VP, and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience working closely with a Board of Directors and thrive in a mission-driven, nonprofit environment. Role Overview: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, VP, and Board of Directors (15-17 members) Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules, and coordination for leadership and the board Prepare, format, and distribute board meeting materials; take and circulate detailed minutes for quarterly multi-day sessions Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and board members Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, board members, and external partners Support organizational initiatives, events, and special projects as assigned Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion Qualifications: 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership Proven track record supporting a Board of Directors in a professional setting (strongly preferred) Experience in the nonprofit and/or mission-driven sector is highly preferred Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful with a solutions-focused mindset Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn internal systems and tools Why Join Us: This is an opportunity to support leaders who are making a real difference in the community. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
