TSSCI CI Poly Site Manager (Facilities, O&M)

Job Description An employer in Aurora, CO is looking for a seasoned Site Manager (Facilities Manager) to manage a moderate-risk Operations and Management contract supporting a secure US Government site. This person will be managing the physical aspects of the data center including HVAC, Cooling, and continuous management of these physical systems. This person will have team of 10 managers reporting directly to them, responsible for other aspects of the physical site including security, supply chain, IT, construction engineering. This role requires a strategic leader with deep experience in managing complex physical infrastructure projects, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. They will supervise and provide technical direction to internal employees as well as subcontracted employees in executing the facilities management program. They will also oversee accurate and timely project reporting, including the final close-out report and reviews. This position will report to the Enterprise Program Manager and requires continuous interaction with the US Government. This is a full time, permanent salaried position posted at $200,000-$220,000/yr base salary. This person is a key personnel hire for the program and will directly interact with the end client. Skills and Requirements Active TSSCI Clearance with a CI Poly Facilities or Plant Operations experience and background (specific to Data Center Facilities and Operations, plus) Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience managing projects of similar size and scope.
