Senior Staff Accountant – Manufacturing (Relocation to Saint Paul, MN Supported)
Compensation: $95K–$105K – Relocation Assistance Included
Location: Saint Paul, MN (Onsite Role with Relocation Support)

This position is ideal for an experienced Staff Accountant with 4+ years in accounting, preferably with exposure to manufacturing or private equity-backed companies. What You’ll Do
Manage journal entries and month-end close activities Process and reconcile commissions and recurring entries Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports Support audit preparation and collaborate with teams across multiple sites Identify process improvements and help strengthen internal controls
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of general accounting experience; manufacturing or PE-backed experience preferred Strong Excel and ERP skills (Epicor or similar systems preferred) Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to relocate and work full-time onsite in Saint Paul, MN
Compensation And Benefits
