Full-Time, Direct Hire The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital strategies across social media, CRM, and paid media to increase brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive measurable results aligned with marketing goals. This role oversees the brand's entire social media ecosystem, paid digital advertising efforts, and CRM/email marketing programs. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about building meaningful connections across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. Responsibilities : Social Media Strategy Define and lead the overall social media strategy for the company across all platforms. Translate brand priorities into engaging social media content that drives awareness, engagement, and advocacy. Develop social-first storytelling approaches for product launches, brand collaborations, events, and cultural moments. Channel Management Manage daily content posting and community management across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and tools; recommend strategic updates accordingly. Community Engagement Build and maintain online communities through active engagement and timely responses. Content Development (Organic & Paid) Collaborate with creative teams and content creators to develop social-first content. Plan and execute content calendars for evergreen and campaign content. Manage social media campaigns, working with internal teams or agencies to execute content, define audiences, and meet goals. Oversee blog content strategy and development. Influencer & Partner Relations Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners to enhance reach and credibility. Ensure proper briefing, alignment, and performance tracking of collaborations. CRM & Email Marketing Oversee the CRM Specialist and provide strategic direction for email and SMS marketing efforts. Develop strategies to grow, engage, and retain email and SMS audiences. Manage campaign calendars, segmentation, and A/B testing for optimization. Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver on-brand, effective campaigns. Analyze performance data to improve communication and retention strategies. Performance & Reporting Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Share insights, trends, and recommendations with teams and stakeholders. Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and community sentiment. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with marketing, creative, events, e-commerce, and retail teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Support event coverage and product launches with social media strategies. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred. Proven managerial experience, capable of leading and mentoring a team (2 direct reports). 5-8 years of experience managing social media channels for brands or organizations. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools. Proven ability to create engaging content that drives growth and engagement. Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative, strategic thinker with tactical execution skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of paid social advertising is a plus. Experience in an agency or multi-brand environment is preferred.
