Founding Software Engineer , your core mission is to take ownership of the products customer surface turning live user feedback into robust, intuitive, and fast-evolving tools across web, email, AI-driven communication, and more. This is a highly hands-on, full stack role where you will: Build and iterate features using React, Python or Node.js, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS. Lead the customer-facing product layer, spanning web, workflow automation, and AI-powered communications. Proactively use AI coding tools to boost productivity and quality. Rapidly translate customer needs and pain points into shipped features, working in close partnership with technical and business founders. Instrument, analyze, and optimize product metrics to validate adoption, user experience, and commercial impact. Prototype in Figma (or similar tools) and uphold a high bar for UX/UI polish and clarity. Collaborate across functions to maintain strategic and technical alignment in a high-velocity, often ambiguous environment. Contribute to -and help shape -a driven, sports-loving, and energetic team culture. Work primarily on-site (Dallas area, relocation support provided), with occasional flexible/remote days. US Citizenship or Green Card Holder to work on ITAR-controlled projects Proven experience as a
Product-focused Full Stack Engineer , having built and iterated products in small, startup, or high-paced SaaS teams. Expert with
React
for frontend build and polish. Next.js very nice to have Solid backend experience in
Python
or Node.js. Strong proficiency with
AWS
(or strong in equivalent cloud/data infrastructure, with ability to transfer skills). Demonstrable use of modern AI/engineering productivity tools ( Cursor , Copilot,
WindSurf , or similar) in your workflow. Clear ability to turn live user feedback into technical and product decisions. Must be
comfortable on customer calls . Resourceful, adaptable, and ready to work

What Will Make You Stand Out Led 0?1 development of a SaaS or B2B product with direct customer engagement and rapid iteration. Experience with commercial real estate tech, proptech, fintech, mapping/geospatial tools (PostGIS, spatial queries), or complex data environments. Built products where multi-channel communication (web, email, phone, agents) was a core part of the solution. Prior exposure to cutting-edge AI or LLM-powered platforms. Experience instrumenting advanced analytics, experimentation, and customer journey tracking. Advanced SQL, UX design, and a knack for shipping features that scale.
