Role: Sr. Oracle DBA

Essential Functions
Serve as the primary DBA for Oracle and SQL Server environments. Design, implement, and maintain Oracle PL / SQL procedures and scripts. Monitor and optimize database performance, including SQL profiling and index tuning. Manage database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies using RMAN and Data Guard. Ensure database security, integrity, and compliance with internal policies. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve database-related incidents. Provide on-call support and perform maintenance during off-hours as needed. Assist in planning and managing IT infrastructure projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to best practices. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Role Highlights
