Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Springfield, VA 4-5 days / week onsite Type: Long-term / multi-year contract Requirements: Top Secret Clearance, can sponsor SCI 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ServiceNow Application Developer Certification Customized ServiceNow Application development and maintenance Experience supporting a mix of the following modules: o ITSM o ITOM o ITAM o GRC o SPM o SecOps Duties and Responsibilities Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of both new applications and application customization Customization of the Application UI, workflow, and API Delivering new services via the service portal Development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow Business Rules and the scripting aspects of the ServiceNow Platform Experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, estimate the level of effort, develop conceptual designs, and implement ServiceNow solutions Supporting the requirements definition and application testing processes Supporting requirements for system certifications, including security Investigating application issues and collaborating with team members to resolve them quickly Development of reports according to ongoing customer needs Ongoing management of the ServiceNow environment, including platform version upgrades and application releases without business impact Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow data models, capabilities, and relationships Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation Nice-to-Have / Desired Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certificationsbfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
