The Admissions Representative is responsible for recruiting certificate and degree-seeking students for their assigned programs at The Chicago School. They manage all phases of the admissions process, from initial contact through enrollment. Job Description: Position Summary:
The Admissions Representative recruits students for assigned programs and handles all aspects of the admissions process. Representatives assigned to a specific campus will have responsibilities on-site, requiring presence at that location. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional domestic travel is required. Principal Duties: Recruit new students for assigned programs, serving as their primary contact throughout the admissions process. Make high volumes of outbound calls daily to prospective students, following scripts and policies. Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain consistent communication with prospective students. Conduct consultations via telephone, virtual, or in-person to qualify students, explain programs, advise on admission requirements, and assist with paperwork. Maintain Salesforce database accurately, logging activities and managing inquiries. Represent the university professionally in all interactions and events. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution. Strong communication and listening skills. Computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems and quick adaptability to new systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in admissions is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary ranges from $24.10 to $25.64 per hour, with potential additional compensation. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and more.
