General Manager
who can drive growth, sharpen operations, and support business development efforts as we expand into new markets.

What you’ll do Provide strategic leadership to maximize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Manage, coach, and develop the leadership team to drive accountability and results. Partner with Sales and Applications teams on proposals and long-cycle system sales. Oversee project delivery, risk management, and customer satisfaction from RFQ through installation and final payment. Implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate operations. Drive P&L performance and ensure revenue/booking targets are met. Negotiate customer contracts, resolve warranty or project issues, and ensure on-time closure.
What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (mechanical/systems preferred). 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or high-tech environments, preferably custom automation. Track record of leading large-scale, custom machine projects from concept through delivery. Strong financial acumen, with proven P&L and budgeting experience. Background in business development or long-cycle technical sales. Familiarity with automation systems (PLCs, robotics, motion, software). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
