As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll play a central role in building a comprehensive design system from the ground up, unifying the experience across a wide range of digital and physical touchpoints. You’ll own and evolve the system that powers scalable, cohesive, and delightful experiences across the product ecosystem. Your mission: to create a design system that empowers teams, streamlines collaboration, and delivers consistency without sacrificing innovation.
What You’ll Do Lead the design system strategy and execution—establish, document, and maintain guidelines, components, patterns, and standards that scale across platforms and teams. Architect reusable UI components and interaction patterns that balance flexibility with brand consistency. Partner closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, technical feasibility, and seamless integration into code libraries. Enable and mentor other designers by creating clear documentation, usage guidance, and governance models. Drive adoption of the design system across cross-functional teams by advocating for best practices and demonstrating its impact. Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, engineers, and product managers to ensure the design system accelerates, rather than restricts, product innovation. Regularly audit and evolve the design system to account for new technologies, accessibility standards, and brand evolutions. Build prototypes and high-fidelity visuals to illustrate system concepts and demonstrate scalable solutions. Contribute to the full design lifecycle: from requirements gathering and defining system needs to rollout, training, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring Deep expertise in design systems—you’ve built, scaled, and maintained systems used across large product ecosystems. Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, tokens, libraries, etc.) and familiarity with developer handoff tools (e.g., Storybook, Zeroheight, Git-based repos). Strong portfolio highlighting design system leadership—component creation, governance, adoption strategies, and measurable impact on product delivery. Strong grounding in accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and inclusive design—you build systems for everyone. Excellent documentation and communication skills, with experience creating design guidelines that are approachable and actionable.
Why You’ll Love It Here You’ll own a mission-critical system that shapes every product experience. You’ll set the creative and technical bar for scalable design practices. You’ll work in a culture that celebrates craft, innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning. You’ll help shape the future of how people collaborate, connect, and experience technology.
