What You’ll Do As Purchasing Manager, you’ll be the key driver of sourcing strategy and supplier performance.

You’ll: Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage solicitations, RFQs, long-term agreements, and supplier negotiations. Oversee government material purchases while ensuring

FAR & DFAR compliance . Monitor inventory levels and forecast material needs to maintain production continuity. Lead supplier development, performance evaluations, and risk management. Support internal and external audits with detailed procurement documentation. Champion

continuous improvement initiatives

that reduce costs, improve lead times, and strengthen supply resilience.

What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of purchasing/supply chain experience, ideally in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiations, and supplier management. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. High-level analytical and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic and international).

Preferred but not required: CPSM, APICS, or CSCP certification. Cost analysis or manufacturing experience. Knowledge of government procurement compliance.
