Financial Statement Review and Reconciliations Quality of Earnings Quality of Net Working Capital Business and Transactional Performance Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience, expertise in financial modeling, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Professional certifications like CFA or CPA are a plus. Responsibilities
Support day-to-day activities of client service teams in buy/sell diligence engagements. Lead report and presentation preparation. Assist in deal structuring and purchase price adjustments. Collaborate with teams and clients to achieve engagement objectives. Participate in marketing and practice development activities. About BRG
