We’re looking for
detail-oriented tax professionals
who meet the following qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience filing 30+ individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) Strong customer service and communication skills Passionate about helping clients understand tax complexities and maximize their returns Comfortable using video and audio tools to assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Must possess or obtain any necessary state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required

A secure internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days
How you will lead
What You Will Do
As a
Tax Associate , you will:
Assist customers in completing their tax returns using TurboTax products Provide expert tax guidance, return preparation, and calculations Respond to product and software inquiries with professionalism and clarity Research and utilize government resources to ensure accurate tax assistance Maintain customer confidentiality while documenting interactions accurately Engage with customers via our state-of-the-art video communication platform
