At this time, we will not be offering relocation for this opportunity.* Objectives/Purpose

The Human Resources Partner provides HR Generalist support to the BioLife Plasma Services network, supporting designated districts, implementing HR programs and policies, and coaching management on employment matters. Serves as a key business partner to center and district management. Key Job Responsibilities

Support organizational initiatives in leadership development, performance management, compensation, employee training, recognition, career development, job analysis, compliance, and employee relations. Partner with management to support employee engagement and retention efforts. Conduct employee listening sessions and provide management feedback. Develop and support HR programs to enhance business effectiveness. Analyze HR trends and recommend actions to address issues. Manage employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and effective resolution. Support talent planning, training, development, and leadership assessment. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and hiring strategies. Provide management training and facilitate HR training sessions. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends. Support leave of absence processes and manage reasonable accommodation procedures. Participate in other HR and business projects as needed. Education, Behavioral Competencies, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree required. 3-5 years of HR generalist experience required. Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred. Experience working with leaders in large/matrix organizations a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additional Information

Willingness to travel up to 50-60%, including overnight trips. Compensation and Benefits

Location: California - Virtual Salary Range: $111,800 - $175,670 Salary depends on experience, skills, education, and location. Eligible for incentives, benefits include health insurance, 401(k), disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, and well-being programs. EEO Statement
