Relief Night Auditor - Front Desk - Avista Resort
Job description -
The night auditor will completenormal front desk duties such as; answering phones, making/cancelingreservations, checking guests in/ out, taking payments, and helping resolve any guestconcerns. The front desk personnel is often the first point of contact for ourguests, a friendly welcome is a must. Communicating overnight events to morningstaff is essential for a smooth transition. Shift needed: 11a.m. to 7 p.m. Part time Hourly Rate - starting at $15 but could go up depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities -
- Welcomeand acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate andaddress service needs
- Register,take payments, and assign keys to guests
- Informguests of the amenities and services available to them
- Informcustomers of availability and rates
- Handlesany guest issues or complaints, using appropriate service recovery methods
- Workwith the corresponding departments to resolve any property or guest issues
- Follow all company safety andsecurity policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safetyhazards
- Communicate with the morning staffto inform them of any task to be completed or updates
Requirements -
- Available to work a flexible scheduleincluding weekends and holidays
- Previous experience is preferred butnot required
- Able to work for complete overnightshifts independently
- Abilityto perform computer-based tasks
- Abilityto work independently
