Job Summary: Derivative Post Trade Operations (DPTO)
The Derivative Post Trade Operations (DPTO) team is a client-facing group responsible for the affirmation and confirmation of equity derivative trades. Operating under strict regulatory and internal risk requirements, the team ensures accurate and timely trade confirmations to effectively manage the firm's risk and exposure. In this role, the candidate will collaborate closely with sales, traders, trade support, drafting, legal, and global DPTO teams to resolve bottlenecks, address client queries, and reconcile trade details. Responsibilities also include supporting product and process enhancements, such as client migration to electronic matching platforms, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency. Success requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The role also offers opportunities to participate in projects and strategic enhancements, supporting the firm's global objective of achieving consistency across asset classes through unified systems.

Familiarity with the front-to-back lifecycle of derivative products. Solid understanding of derivative products and related processes. Prior experience in client-facing roles, with strong stakeholder management skills.
