Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
to lead our skilled nursing facility in
Trotwood, OH . As Administrator, you will oversee the full operation of the facility-ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong team leadership. This position reports to the Regional Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all clinical and administrative functions of the facility Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations Lead and manage department heads across all areas of operation Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain financial accountability and budget oversight Promote a resident-centered culture with respect and dignity Monitor staffing, performance, and employee engagement Ensure resident rights and opportunities for independence and choice Qualifications
Active Ohio LNHA license (required) Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and performance standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Experience with
PointClickCare
(highly preferred) Experience with SNF Metrics (preferred) High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
