Job Summary
We are looking for individual to join our client's team as a Call Center Representative. You will handle patient inquiries, schedule and reschedule appointments, and provide support for general hospital services
Job Description
Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients. Book and reschedule clinic appointments. Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments. Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements. Other assignment as necessary. Extensive phone experience and computer literate. Skills Required
Minimum of 1 year call center and payroll/timekeeping experience in a call center environment Intermedidate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience working in a hospital setting Bilingual (Facility specific) Education/Training/Certifications
Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED) Additional Requirements
Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate
$34.00 per hour
