Available Practice Locations:

Russellville, Arkansas (Primary) and Fort Smith, Arkansas (Satellite)

Schedule:

Part-Time schedule options available (Russellville up to 10 days per month, Fort Smith 1 Saturday every other month)

What are the qualifications?

Completion of U.S. accredited Oral Surgery residency program

DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program

Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain

Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain

Open to candidates requiring licensing and relocation

Must be able to perform 3rd molar extractions and implant placements
