The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex application implementations and working across functional and technical teams. This role requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA project management, and stakeholder engagement at the executive level. Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a platform redesign Manage cross-functional project teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors Define, document, and track project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables Develop and maintain key project artifacts such as Project Charter, Project Plan, Risk Log, and Status Reports Oversee project communications, ensuring transparency to leadership and key stakeholders Coordinate with SaaS vendors as necessary to evaluate, integrate, or manage third-party platforms Run Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and manage JIRA boards Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues Qualifications 57 years of experience leading technical application or platform implementations Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile project management (including JIRA) Expertise in engaging senior business stakeholders and managing technical teams Skilled in reporting to executive leadership, with the ability to communicate risk, progress, and blockers effectively Deep knowledge of PMBOK methodologies Demonstrated experience managing SaaS integration or vendor-driven implementations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills Add
