Bigelow Tea Develops and executes a vision for enterprise applications in alignment with the overall company strategic plan. Identifies opportunities to improve business performance through system enhancements, automation, and process refinement. Maintains awareness of ERP trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to support business growth. ERP & ENTERPRISE SYSTEM LEADERSHIP ERP System Management: Leads the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP and other Enterprise systems to ensure they meet business requirements and operate efficiently. Part of the Steering Committee overseeing the migration to a new ERP implementation including system governance, change management, and issue resolution processes. Leads ERP projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and post go-live support Manage the maintenance and support of the company’s legacy applications while working with functional leaders to modernize our applications for the future. Collaborates with functional leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into system functionality. Manages system integrations between ERP and other enterprise platforms. Ensure system stability and compliance with relevant regulations and security standards. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Creates and maintains a knowledge base for internal IT (team and service desk) and end-user usage. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including data security and privacy. Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Drives process improvement, system optimization, and automation initiatives by staying current with IT trends and best practices. TEAM LEADERSHIP Manage and mentor a team of IT business application professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Leads and develops a team of 3-4 ERP and application specialists. Recruits, retains, and mentors talent within the Applications team. Creates a collaborative and accountable culture focused on delivering results and business value. LEADERSHIP SKILLS REQUIRED Proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem solving. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to business users. Comfortable working in a family-owned, mid-sized enterprise environment. Strong project management skills and ability to lead change. Trusted advisor who can influence stakeholders and manage vendor relationships. DIRECT REPORTING POSITIONS 1 Sr. Applications Analyst 1 ERP Application Analyst 1 Application Support Manager EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Experience supporting analytics reporting. Business Intelligence (BI) platforms are a plus. Familiarity with EDI, WMS, and MES systems is beneficial. Minimum 10 years of experience managing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment (CPG preferred), including both operational support and implementation leadership. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Extensive experience with NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain is highly preferred. Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing. Experience managing system integrations and third-party vendor relationships. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 10% - 20%
