Stifel Financial
The IT Technician II performs technical troubleshooting and diagnosis of root cause, and performs the steps necessary to fully log the incident, including the troubleshooting steps taken to resolve the incident. Provides technical support across hardware and software applications for an organization's data center.
What We're Looking For
Install and resolve technical issues with user PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and mobile devices Assist customers and staff with hardware and software challenges Escalate issues to appropriate support team when necessary Set up equipment for employee use Install cables, operating systems, or software Maintain records of tickets and daily data communication transactions Maintain working components through repair or replacement Ability and means to travel; occasional night and weekend work required, including overnight travel (up to 25%) Coordinate and lead branch location moves
