Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking anexperienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (3-5 years) to join our InternalMedicine practice located in Fall River, Massachusetts. This part-timeopportunity is ideal for a dedicated clinician who values flexibility,continuity of care, and a supportive team environment. There is also anoptional opportunity for rounding in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) one dayper week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a panelof adult patients under a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician
- Conduct physical exams,manage chronic and acute conditions, and provide preventive care
- Develop and implementindividualized treatment plans based on clinical judgment and best practices
- Maintain accuratedocumentation in the electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with physicians,nurses, and staff to provide coordinated, high-quality care
- Optional: Provide skillednursing facility (SNF) rounding one day per week
Schedule: Part-time:1-2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday), No nights, weekends, orholiday call, Optional SNF rounding available.

Requirements:
- Board-certified Adult orFamily Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed in the Commonwealthof Massachusetts
- Valid DEA certificate andMassachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
- 3-5 years of primary careexperience
- Ability to provideindependent, patient-centered care aligned with clinical training andexperience
