Critical Care/ICU Nurse Practitioner

Contract Length : 6 months

Schedule : 6a-7p, 6p-7a. Needs weekends and holidays through March 31, 2026. Fri nights count as a weekend.

Patient Volume : 7

Patient Population : Adult

Support Staff : 4 APPs on staff who are supervised. MD supervises during day shift; fellow/attending supervises during night shifts.

Cases/Procedures : bread and butter ICU and Med Surg. There is 1 to 2 burn patients. No intubations, no lines, no vents, no transplants, no ECHO, no heads, no EVD, no complex neuro stroke. The APPs are responding clinicians only. No procedures.
