Locums - Physical Medicine & Rehab (PM&R) OpportunityLocation: South Burlington, VermontSetting: Outpatient - Physiatry clinic focused on spasticity managementStart Date: November 3, 2025End Date: May 31, 2026 Scheduling & Coverage Needs
  • Schedule:
    • 3-4 half-day clinic sessions/week
    • Ideally 3 weeks per month
    • Flexible on days/times (AM/PM availability most days)
  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for full-day sessions
  • Call: None
  • EMR: Epic
Required Skills & Procedures
  • Primary Need: Outpatient Botox treatment for spasticity management
  • Board Certification: Required (PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology acceptable)
  • Certifications: BLS required
  • Experience/Scope:
    • Independent practice
    • Must be able to manage full clinic schedule
    • RN and MA support provided
    • EMGs preferred but not required
    • Candidate must have proven Botox injection experience

  • Specialty title is flexible - skillset is key
  • Patient load: Full clinic schedule
  • No surgical or mid-level supervision required
  • Longer-term locums with potential to adjust schedule based on candidate skillset (e.g., EMG capabilities)
