This urology practice is part of a well-established medical group offering comprehensive urological services to the community. The facility features a 5-bed department with a Level 4 trauma designation, providing quality care in a supportive professional environment.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - Urology
Job Details:
• One week per month ongoing, long-term coverage commitment
• Schedule includes 3-4 days of 24-hour call, one outpatient clinic day (8am-4pm), followed by 3-4 more days of call
• Access to OR time for cases as needed
• Manage 20-25 patient encounters per shift
• Provide general adult urology care
• Perform advanced endoscopic techniques and ureteroscopy (required)
• Conduct TRUS biopsies and Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
• Laparoscopic surgeries, nephrectomy, and prostatectomy (preferred)
• Experience with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, pelvic node dissection, and incontinence procedures (preferred)
• Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy experience preferred
• Penile prosthesis procedures preferred
• BLS certification required
• Board certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
