Tax Director – Future Partner
Great Falls, VA (100% Onsite)

This boutique firm in Great Falls, VA is seeking a hands-on Tax Director to take over a well-established book of high-net-worth clients and grow into a Partner role. Role Overview

• Lead the preparation and review of 1040, 1041, 1065, and 1120S returns
• Manage and grow a pre-established book of private clients
• Oversee and develop junior staff
• Partner with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and succession planning
• Use CCH Axcess and QuickBooks for tax prep and workflow
  

Ideal Background

• CPA required
• 10–20 years of public accounting or family office tax experience
• Strong expertise in 1040s; trust & estate experience (1041) is helpful but not required
• Comfortable managing client relationships and leading a team
• Must be currently local or already commuting distance to Great Falls — this is a 100% onsite role
