Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in or near Oakland, CA)

Our client is a boutique firm dedicated to providing compassionate and strategic legal support in family law matters. With expertise in divorce, custody, support, mediation, and high-asset property division, their attorneys are committed to guiding clients through complex and emotionally charged cases with care and professionalism.

Position Overview:

They are seeking a skilled and empathetic Family Law Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping families navigate legal challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage family law cases from initial filing through judgment/final order
• Second-chair complex and high-asset cases
• Represent clients in court and during negotiations
• Maintain professional standards in client interactions and court appearances

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in family law
• Proven ability to manage cases independently
• Experience second-chairing complex cases
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Based in or near Oakland, CA
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Billable Hour Target: ~1,400 hours/year

Compensation:

Salary based on candidate experience.
