A Lead Enterprise MLOps Architect is responsible for designing and orchestrating the entire framework for building, deploying, and managing machine learning models at scale across an organization. They blend software engineering, data science, and DevOps principles to create efficient and reliable ML systems.

Key Responsabilities

Data & Analytics Technology experience

•Experience in building AI/ML Strategy & Roadmap

•DevOps (Argo CD / Argo Workflows)

•MLOps Tools (Eg. AWS Sagemaker,GCP Vertex Studio, Databricks, etc,)

•Containerization (Kubernetes, ROSA)

•ML & Data Pipeline Orchestration (Kubeflow, Apache Airflow)

•Enterprise Appln integration (Guidewire, Salesforce)

•Data Platforms (Snowflake, RedShift, BigQuery)

•ML Feature Store Tools (Tecton, Databricks, FeatureForm)

•GenAI Tools / Model (LLM) Experience such as OpenAI, Gemini, etc.

•Agentic AI Framework (LangGraph, Autogen, Google ADK, etc.)

•API Orchestration Tools such as Mulesoft, Google Cloud API

Architecture Experience

•Strong knowledge of data mesh architecture and data product design (e.g., decentralized data ownership, clear data contracts)

•Experience in creating strategy, Vision, Roadmap, Reference Arch and patterns for a business/technical capability

•Expertise in event-driven architecture (EDA) principles and patterns

•Architect and implement scalable AWS ML/AI cloud infrastructure in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

•Experience in developing Data Architecture guidelines

•Gain alignment on solutions and ability to influence others with data points

•Strong understanding of security in distributed systems

•Expertise in designing scalable, decoupled systems

Domain Experience

•Strong functional knowledge and business processes

•Strong understanding of Insurance (or any industry) domains such as UW (Policy), Claims processing, Services Operations (PLUS)

Soft Skills & Cultural Fit

•Communication & Story Telling. Ability to tell a story using STAR or other methods

•Collaboration, leadership and influence skills – Ability to collaborate with other architects, negotiate and influence stakeholders to produce right solution

•Business acumen and strategic thinking

Adaptability and continuous learning

•7-9 years of experience as a Lead Enterprise Architect or similar

• BS in Computer Science or related fields (Required)

• Master's Degree (Desirable)

• Full English Fluency

•In-depth logical and practical knowledge in Data Architecture in MLOPs for at least 5 years (Required)

•Architecture experience, Computer Science Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Enterprise Architecture Data Architecture Experience
