The Opportunity:

As part of the Contracts and Closing Mechanisms team, you will help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will supervise and develop teams, maintain high-quality deliverables, communicate effectively with technologists and business partners, and drive client engagement workstreams. Responsibilities: Help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Supervise and develop teams to ensure top-quality deliverables. Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations. Facilitate communication between technologists and business partners. Drive client engagement workstreams. Advise clients on agreement negotiations and deal closing mechanics. Support clients throughout various stages of transactions. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. At least 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience reviewing and commenting on the financial and accounting aspects of SPAs. Two years of transaction experience. CPA or equivalent qualification with post-qualification experience. Strong analytical, commercial awareness, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $232,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonuses. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
