Job Title: Quality Assurance ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to support our warehouse operations in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards. This is a desk-based role with occasional interaction with the production floor to understand operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotech and be capable of managing SOPs, CAPAs, deviations, and quality documentation.ResponsibilitiesWrite and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using existing templates or create new ones as needed.Ensure SOPs align with ISO and other applicable regulatory standards.Conduct capability assessments and investigations for Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).Document and manage CAPAs and deviations effectively.Lead root cause analysis and follow-up reporting.Gather and analyze quality-related data.Prepare reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews.Support project management tasks related to failure investigations.Essential SkillsQuality assurance expertise.Experience in CAPA management.Ability to write and manage SOPs.Strong understanding of ISO and other regulatory frameworks.3+ years of experience in a QA role, preferably within the biotech industry.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsDiploma with 10+ years experience in biotech warehouse.Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.Familiarity with quality management systems such as Trackwise, MasterControl, SAP, RAM (equipment maintenance), and LIMS is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Work EnvironmentThis is a warehouse-based QA role, not on the production floor, but requires understanding of floor operations.
