Law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner Recruiting Manager to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels
• Point of contact for recruiting agencies; manage agreements & negotiate fees
• Manage full cycle of lateral partner sourcing and recruiting for Northern California and Los Angeles offices (tracking, scheduling interviews, resumes, interview feedback)
• Assist with preparing candidate offer packages
  

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• At least 5-7 years of partner-level recruiting experience required
• MS Office Suite/Microsoft Teams/WebEx/Zoom required
