Setting: Critical Care Float Pool

Position Overview

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Critical Care RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Burlington, Massachusetts . This role is part of the Critical Care Float Pool at a leading hospital and requires flexibility to rotate between days and nights every 4 weeks, with every other weekend included.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in ICU and PCU settings

• Float as needed within the critical care units

• Adapt quickly to patient acuity and unit demands in a trauma hospital environment

• Use EPIC EMR for patient documentation

Requirements

• Education: ASN required

• Experience: 2–5 years of ICU nursing experience required

• Trauma Level I experience strongly preferred (Level II considered)

• Previous travel experience preferred
