Job Type Full-timeDescriptionScope of the role:The successful candidate will lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process to align demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations to optimize customer service levels whilst maintaining high operational metrics. The SIOP Manager analyzes and interprets ERP data from multiple sources to lead periodic Latest Best Estimate (LBE) reviews and facilitate decision-making related to revenue forecasting, inventory levels and product scheduling. Responsibilities: Own the SIOP process by coordinating and facilitating periodic Latest Best Estimate (LBE) meetings and ensuring all stakeholders from Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain are actively involved and aligned on plans.Perform backlog management and demand planning integrating ERP data and analyzing historical sales and customer forecasts.Drive supply planning, translating demand plans into production schedules and ensure optimal resource utilization, including inventory management, manufacturing capacity planning, and material availability.Analyze and interpret SIOP data to support effective decision-makingEnsure the integration of data from multiple sources to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and enhance overall supply chain efficiencyLeads the SIOP team and process, facilitating cross-functional meetings with sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teamsDrives consensus between sales forecasts and operational plans to ensure realistic and achievable targetsCollaborate with the operations manager to optimize production schedules and capacity utilization considering equipment capabilities, material availability, and labor constraintsEstablish inventory targets and monitor inventory levels for RM, WIP and FGPropose safety stock strategies based on supply chain risks and market demand Develop and maintain KPIs for forecast accuracy, inventory turns, customer service levels, and operational efficiency.
