Job Title Dealer Operations Manager Employment Status: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Sales Location: RemoteJob SummaryTICO is currently seeking a skilled and results-driven Dealer Operations Manager to join our team and drive growth by focusing on the development of the TICO Dealer Network. As the Dealer Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, operation, performance evaluations, and administration of all TICO dealers. We are committed to continuing the development of the industry's best dealer network through programs, technology, people, and processes. The Dealer Operations Manager will report to the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing.Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with TICO Regional Managers, TICO Education, TICO Aftermarket, and the TICO Dealer Council to develop programs, standards, and processes to create a consistent, high-quality experience for TICO Customers across the TICO Dealer Network. Monitor dealer performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Oversee dealer training programs and provide necessary support. Maintain compliance with dealer standards. Manage dealer contracts and contract renewals. Manage annual dealer business planning and quarterly score cards. Manage new dealer onboarding. Monitor dealer financial health, including profitability and cash flow. Review dealer funding arrangements and ensure compliance with financial agreements. Contribute to long-term viability and growth of the business. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue goals. Regularly review sales performance and adjust strategies as needed. Analyze network footprint vs. existing infrastructure. Analyze dealer parts & service data and work closely with service and aftermarket teams to achieve goals. Regularly review service and parts performance and adjust strategies as needed. Act as a liaison between the manufacturer and dealers. Ensure effective communication channels are maintained with dealers and internal teams.Required Skills & Abilities Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Proven experience as a high-level key account manager Capacity and aptitude to learn emerging technologies, representing those chosen for TICO and evaluating/recommending other technologies for consideration Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Self-motivated and tenacious, with a passion for exceeding goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Should possess a technical aptitude for heavy equipment; some knowledge of engineering is a plus. Five or more years of experience in heavy industrial equipment sales and support with heavy emphasis in electrified vehicles and/or major account fleet sales.Working conditions This position primarily operates in an office environment but may also require work in warehouse settings. PPE is required only for warehouse and production floors. Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
