Estimated Weekly Salary: $1930-$2070 Med/Surg RN Job Details - Keene, NH Location: Keene, New Hampshire 03431 Facility: Kingsbury Pavilion (Custodial Unit, lower acuity) Position Type: Travel Nurse Contract Start Date: September 15, 2025 End Date: December 15, 2025 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday coverage required EMR System: Epic Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire Minimum 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA required) Experience with Epic EMR preferred Ability to float to Thompson Unit and provide custodial patient care as needed Reliable transportation (own vehicle required) Professional scrubs (no logos) required Compliance documentation to be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with application Must be willing to work two major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's and adjacent weekends) Med/Surg RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a medical-surgical setting Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures Provide leadership and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team Uphold standards of professional nursing practice in a clinical environment Float to custodial and Thompson Units as needed (patient ratios up to 9:1) Accurately document patient care in Epic EMR Experience the best of New England with this Keene, NH travel nursing job-enjoy local shops, restaurants, and outdoor recreation while making a difference in patient care.
