We are highly innovative, developing new technologies and solutions to our customers' requests and needs; our skilled employees operate some of the most advanced presses in the market and we offer superior artwork.Come and join our Team as a Regional Quality Manager reporting to our Director of Quality.Primary Functions and Responsibilities: The Quality Manager will deliver measurable and sustainable results by leading the quality department(s), responsible and accountable for site quality performance in St. Louis and Lavergne. The Quality Manager will drive initiatives that support key objectives and strategies for our operations and will drive and own any future certification processes as well as continued compliance processes.Drive quality expectations process throughout the business through "hands-on" supportEnsure potential needed compliance/certification processes such as Good Manufacturing Practices, SQF program, and QMS as we align across multiple facilitiesEnsure customer quality standards are clear, documented, sent to customers as required and records are maintainedManages QA staff to effectively increase the quality of our productsCollaborates on the transfer of work from facilities to proactively mitigate quality risksIssue RMA's, coordinate investigations and respond with corrective and preventive actions CAPA for any customer complaints emphasizing error proofing related processesFacilitates root cause analysis of both internal and external issuesCoordinates actions for quality-related credits including approvals and associated actions with stakeholders across the businessCoach and champion functions to identify and implement opportunities to improve program and process effectivenessMonitor progress of key initiatives to check if changes yield desirable resultsEstablish measurable standards at the start of a project and then compare actual project results against these, regularly generating detailed update reports to key stake holdersAct as a technical expert, coach and train other team members in problem solving and risk mitigationDeploy the appropriate Quality/Delivery/Cost metrics and management routines at all levels of the organizationCollaboration with Quality Managers from other locations on companywide projectsCreate value stream and/or process maps to help standardize process and workflow where necessaryEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in manufacturing, engineering, and quality managementMinimum of 3 -5 years quality and / or process improvement experience preferredPrevious SQF or equivalent experience preferredExperience professionally working with customersInternal auditing and represent company for external customer auditStrong leadership and management skillsFamiliar in company and industry quality standards and processesExcellent interpersonal, oral, written communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of market trends and conditionsAble to positively influence othersKnowledge and expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and project managementASQ certification preferredSix Sigma training preferredPrinting experience preferredWork Environment & Physical Demands:This position works mainly in a production area. May sit at a desk using a computer for long periods of time. Frequently uses a keyboard to communicate via written means and uses headset and camera for online communications. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
