This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective flow of finished goods to support evolving customer demand. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and thrives in high-growth, e-commerce environments, with experience using NetSuite, advanced planning tools, and forecasting technologies-including AI-driven or automated solutions where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse international supply chain with a strong focus on Asia, particularly Vietnam, China, and surrounding regions-owning supplier relationships, contract negotiations, procurement activities, and oversight of supplier production schedules to ensure a reliable and cost-effective flow of finished goods
  • Build demand forecasts from retail POS and sell-through data to drive finished goods purchasing plans, ensuring warehouse inventory levels are aligned with seasonal trends, sales velocity, and fulfillment needs across all channels
  • Manage all aspects of demand planning and inventory control, supporting both e-commerce and retail sales channels
  • Manage purchasing and replenishment activities by leveraging exception-based reporting and planning tools within NetSuite to drive accurate inventory control, supplier alignment, and purchasing decisions
  • Support new product introductions by aligning supply chain readiness with launch timelines to ensure on-time delivery and execution of go-to-market plans
  • Monitor and coordinate inbound shipment schedules in collaboration with the logistics team to support warehouse capacity and meet sales demand
  • Support compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, including HTS classification, tariff schedules, and required import documentation, by working closely with internal customs and logistics teams
  • Use advanced Excel tools (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, and modeling) to support planning, forecasting, and procurement decisions
  • Apply AI-enhanced automation tools where applicable to improve planning efficiency and responsiveness
  • Lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and ensure coordination across sales, operations, product, and finance teams
  • Provide leadership, structure, and development to the procurement and planning team
  • International travel may be required periodically to meet with key suppliers and partners
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain management, with demonstrated leadership in both domestic and international operations
  • Proven ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving both long-term initiatives and day-to-day operational results
  • Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, particularly in e-commerce and retail channels
  • Direct experience managing supplier networks in Asia, including Vietnam and China
  • Working knowledge of customs compliance, HTS classification, and import processes is preferred
  • Strong background in using ERP systems such as NetSuite and working with exception-based planning processes
  • Strong background in SIOP, forecasting, and demand planning across multi-channel operations
  • High proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and other advanced functions used to support planning and analysis
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth and operational success
  • Fast-moving, collaborative, and results-oriented culture
