Posillico Civil, Inc. is hiring a Marine Project Superintendent to lead and manage marine construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing project safety according to company and OSHA standards.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, utility providers, and internal teams for scheduling and planning.
• Overseeing daily operations, supervising foremen, and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
• Preparing and submitting reports, schedules, and site plans.

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role on projects valued at $10M+.
• Experience in marine-specific projects and heavy construction, preferably with NYS DOT.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Reports to the Division Manager. The position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
