Pay Information $1,997 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Psychiatry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI (can be obtained onsite within 60 days of start) Must-Have: Flu and COVID vaccine required, medical or religious exceptions accepted Description: The position requires working on an adult psychiatric unit. The nurse will manage patients with diagnoses such as depression, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. The unit includes 28 beds, featuring a designated area for acute patients. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6. Charting is conducted using Meditech. Scrubs of designated color are required. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Floating to areas with similar skill sets may be necessary. Special procedures include ECT.
