The nurse will manage patients with diagnoses such as depression, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. The unit includes 28 beds, featuring a designated area for acute patients. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6. Charting is conducted using Meditech. Scrubs of designated color are required. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Floating to areas with similar skill sets may be necessary. Special procedures include ECT.
