Pay Information $2,109 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intermediate Care Duration: 16 Weeks Shift: 12 Hour Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant specialty License: Active VA/Compact License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale Must-Have: - Experience in travel nursing required - Charge experience preferred - Cerner preferred - IV certification required Description: Must be able to work 2 of 3 winter holidays. Position involves caring for a mixed patient population, including medical-surgical, telemetry, cardiac intermediate care acuity level patients, neurologic patients, and stroke patients. Assignments end on Saturday. The unit aims to follow a schedule of 2 out of 3 weekends a month but cannot guarantee this based on unit needs. All team members, including travelers, are expected to contribute to a culture of support, particularly when interacting with students and new hires. Float requirements are not applicable to this position. This is a local position, and locals within 60 miles are not accepted.
