Regional Director at Leddy Group - Providing staffing services throughout Central NH & Northern MA
Our non-profit client is seeking an Interim CFO for their team. This full-time role is perfect for a very autonomous professional who can take ownership of their projects and contribute to the successful operation of the organizations finance department. The role is expected to last 2-4 months.
Responsibilities of the Interim Chief Financial Officer
- Assist with goals within the finance department
- Contribute to forecasting and reconciling processes
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CAO and CEO
- Prepare and present reports to the fiscal committee
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks
Qualifications of the Interim Chief Financial Officer
- Masters degree, MBA, and/or CPA required
- Strong organizational and project management skills
