Must have completed at least (2) 13-week assignmentsTrauma Level 2 Trauma patientsNeuro Strokes, stable Craniotomies (Coils or Clips), CIWA, seizure precautionsMedical/Surgical Respiratory illnesses (COVID/Flu/Pneumonia), Long term trachs with vents, Respiratory Failure requiring Bipap or High Flow O2, COPD exacerbation, post-op General Surgery, Sepsis, IVDA, Thyroid stormPatient - STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, AFIB with RVR, s/p Cardiac Cath, s/p Ablation, 24h post op TAVRPatient Ratios:RN: 1:3-4 (Days Nights)Tech: 1:6-12 (Days Nights) dependent on staffingRequired , ACLS, NIHSSAACCN (preferred); CCRN (preferred)Please ask all travelers about charge experience and include in the offer info if they have/have not worked in a CRN capacityNeuro/Trauma must have Trauma experience; experience with Stroke patients and performing Q2H neuro checksMedical/Surgical - Highflow O2, chest tubes, Wound Vacs/VAC dressing changes, Bipap, general drain/ostomy care, IV starts, Experience with trached patients on vents (need to know how to administer 100% FiO2 via suction support and silence alarms), trach care and suctioning (RT will educate)Cardiac - temporary pacemakers, TR bands, post femoral sheath care, cardiac rhythm interpretationDrips Cardiac drips (Amio set rate, Cardizem), Insulin titrating decline travelers that do not have Insulin/Cardiac gtt experienceSkills on the (Ratio 1:6-12)Charge nurse may have patients if neededPhlebotomyResource Nurse 24/7 ICU trainedRT 24/7Hospitalist 24/7Trauma surgery monitors own patientsPT/OT M-FIV/VAT Team: Yes, for US guided IV s and PICC/Midline placement; RN will start their own PIV sCharting System/ highly preferred send to manager for approvalAlaris IV pumpsPyxis medication dispensingGE MonitorsFloat to ED, ICU, CCU if there is an intermediate assignment in one of those departmentsCCU patient types (CHF, STEMI, NSTEMI, etc.) hospital orientation followed by 1 day on the Times: or Weekend rotation: every otherMay be placed on Low Census Call backCan we approve time off?
