Job Description * Mon- Fri * Join group of 3 psychiatrists * Outpatient Only * Well-defined referral source from our Employed & Affiliated Primary Care Physicians * Only full-service hospital in Ashtabula County (approximately 98,000 county population). * Community hospital fully accredited by the Joint Commission receiving several national recognitions from groups such as Leap Frog and Health Grades for our quality and patient safety. * Fully integrated EMR with the Cleveland Clinic Health System (EPIC) About the Hospital * 186-bed acute care community hospital fully accredited by the Joint Commission, and a full service hospital serving a population of approximately 98,000. * New patient care tower to open in 2024. 115,000-square-foot, multi-story addition will add 55 new private patient rooms, a new Intensive Care Unit, five new operating rooms and 24 new rooms in the Emergency Department. Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely Compensation and Benefits: * Guaranteed Salary for Years One and Two plus Bonus; Year three Productivity Model (Salary based on years of post-training experience, incremental to benefits).
