The shift is day shifts working 3x12 hours. The candidate will be required to be on call for one shift per week. Weekend shifts will be required up to one time per month. The traveler must be available to work at least one holiday period during the assignment. Scrub experience is strongly preferred for this role. The nursing team consists of Registered Nurses and Certified Surgical Technologists. Nurses are trained to both scrub and circulate surgical procedures. The facility is a teaching hospital within a Level I trauma center. It has multiple operating rooms covering various surgical specialties. The department is a dynamic, nurse-driven environment.
