This role involves monitoring and supporting patients who require close observation. The nurse will manage up to four patients per shift. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing assessments, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams. The nurse will be required to float to similar units as needed. Weekend shifts are required, with two weekends per pay period. The ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage isolation precautions is essential.
